David Brisske is a Managing Director at SKKY and serves on the Investment Committee, Operating Committee and Management Committee. Prior to joining SKKY, David spent nearly nine years at Permira, where he was responsible for the firm’s North America Consumer Brands investment effort. During his time at Permira, David led or was a key contributor to a number of Permira investments predominantly in the Consumer sector, including Reformation, Minted, DiversiTech and BFY Brands (PopCorners). Prior to joining Permira, David was with Irving Place Capital, where he worked on investments in rag & bone and CAbi, among others. Before that, David worked at Thoma Bravo, and he began his career at Goldman Sachs in the firm’s Consumer Retail Investment Banking Group.

David currently serves on the Board of Minds Matter NYC. He received an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and B.A.s in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University.
